- Refunds and Cancellations
13.1. Subscription payments are billed periodically (monthly or annually) in advance.
13.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, no further subscription payments will be debited.
13.3. We do not provide refunds for subscription payments already made. These funds are allocated to operational costs, including providing the Service for free to underserved communities.
